Refund policy

At Tabby City, all products are made to order using print-on-demand production. Because of this, each item is custom printed specifically for you.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email]. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.

SIZING ISSUES
Because all items are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing preference. Please refer to our size chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been sent to production (typically within 24 hours), it cannot be cancelled.

REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
